Deb Lee recently presented at a brunch for a DC-area women’s networking group that I co-founded. Our group, The Grapevine, includes women from a variety of organizations in the antitrust and consumer protection fields, including government enforcers, attorneys in private practice, economists, and women in academia. Deb developed a program on time-management issues that appealed across this broad spectrum of attendees. Her presentation was polished, professional, and engaging. Since this presentation, several attendees have contacted me to compliment our group, crediting Deb’s presentation to the success of the overall event.
Our family worked with Deb earlier this year to help us after the passing of our Mother. I loved working with Deb so much, but since I am already a very organized person, I didn't think I would ever need her services again. However, due to a possible relocation, I realized I had one project that I had never addressed and really wanted to get as organized as the rest of my home...my photos. I had tons of my own photos as well as being responsible for all the family photos after some recent death's in the family.
I had all the photos in one place, but some were in old albums, some in photo boxes, frames etc. It always just seemed so overwhelming to deal with. Deb to the rescue! In one day, we went through all the photos and prepared them for bulk scanning. Now I only have a tiny box of my most precious photos and the ability to digitally see and share generations of photos without physically having to store them.
Thanks to Deb I have such peace of mind knowing my family's memories are safe from damage and photos that haven't been doing anything but collecting dust and getting damaged are now displayed in digital photo frames where they can be enjoyed everyday. My family will be thrilled to receive their copies of photos all on a single DVD (easy and meaningful Christmas presents) so the memories can live on. I can't thank Deb enough for her enthusiasm and hard work helping me finish this project.

Here's how I knew Deb would be amazing...she was referred to me by another organizer! Perhaps the other lady knew I had so many projects to do and that for me, personally is key. Nothing against her, but there wasn't a lot of enthusiasm or spark there.
Thank goodness, Deb was the perfect match! I have worked with her twice since then. First, with getting rid of my children's excess clothing and putting the rest in storage and the second time was dealing with the monumental task of my kids' toys (we have 3 young kids!). It seemed I would never be able to go into the basement without looking at the mountain of toys.
Many times it's not just the physical work, or finding the time, but mentally being able to focus on the task and not becoming discouraged. That's the magic of Deb, she helps you to find the right way to get the job done. And not only is she a consummate professional (always on time), she really has compassion for the people she helps.
Deb makes a difference and I'm glad to have her as my professional organizer!!!

Deb Lee has helped me beyond words. When she first came to my house you couldn't even see my dining room table. My home office space was in shambles. She has an amazing knack to look at a huge overwhelming task, break it down into small parts and then help get it done.
Now I can see my dining room table and actually eat off it! My work space is wonderful now, I can actually find things and she has cut hours from my preparation time for work. She amazes me in how she can see a clear picture of what things should like then makes it possible.
Deb has also taught me a method that I can use on my own and I have been able to accomplish a lot now. Each area that looks better, the better I feel. Deb is a very kind and supportive person, and she has helped me overcome that overwhelming feeling that clutter can cause.
Less clutter has had a calming effect on me and my mind is clearer since my house is looking better. She has been a life coach to me as well as a organizer. She really cares about people and is passionate about what she does. I only wish I had found her years ago!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the positive impact you have had in every part of my life. Working with you for the first half of this year has helped me to become much more focused/effective in my (extremely) demanding daily schedule. Your insight and ability to effectively teach efficient time management was paramount. I got much more out of our sessions than I ever imagined.
Before beginning our work together, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was hopeful that you could help, but unsure how you would be able to. Words can't express how grateful I am for you. I have had 2 organizers in my life before you. They helped me but this experience was different. I can't put my finger on it but I feel like you listened. I'm getting all verklempt.
More importantly, my husband saw the value. He is so pleased with the living room and dining room. Usually pessimistic about these things, this time he wasn't. He is hoping that we can keep it up, but for the first time, noticed how much stuff was gone. As you said, he saw the kids' rooms but didn't "see" their rooms. He sees it. When he asked for something, I was immediately able to get my hands on it. We had company this morning and usually we have to apologize for the mess or move things. It was great being able to welcome someone in. I am motivated to keep pressing through while I prep for the next time I'm able to have you back.
Again, thank you so much for being a blessing and doing such a great job with me and the kids.

Deb was instrumental in helping my family after the loss of our mother. After months of caring for our mom and then dealing with her passing, we were overwhelmed with how to sort through and donate her many household possessions. Deb was amazing! Not only was she very flexible in working around my schedule, her energy and professionalism made a difficult time bearable. Deb worked quickly and efficiently and was a godsend finding and coordinating professional help to transport all the items to the Salvation Army.
In addition, she was invaluable in preparing the donation valuation spreadsheets. We could never have got it all done without Deb's help and guidance and working with her was a pleasure. I would give Deb my highest recommendation!

Deb is a pleasure to work with and incredibly efficient. She helped me with preparing for a move and then getting settled after the move, and in both situations, she was pleasant, professional, and helped me accomplish a great deal more than I would have been able to do on my own. Her organizing strategies were very effective, and my space looked much better after just one session with her.
